Part of M.J. Bale's artisanal 'Made in Japan' collection, the Kuwagata Selvedge Denim Shirt is crafted at our atelier located in Kojima, Japan. It is made from premium 100% cotton selevdge denim that has been woven by Kuroki mill in Okayam using vintage looms, then naturally dyed in deep indigo. Cut to our regular fit, this overshirt features contrast selevdge at center front, rider-style pockets and is finished with M.J. Bale branded hardware. Only 100 pieces produced in total.

Made from premium cotton woven on heritage looms by Kuroki Mills in Okayama Prefecture, then constucted in our Kojima partner atelier, the Kuwagata Selvedge Denim Shirt combines impeccable provenance and artisanal craftsmanship with the DNA and passion of Japanese denim culture.
